Regency Graphic Design reserves the right to refuse any and all services to any person(s), business(es), requesting Web Site Design Services for web site(s) containing and or presenting/representing any material we deem to be objectionable or offensive.

Examples of what we may find objectionable or offensive include web sites that promote sex, violence, illegal activities, misleading information, or discriminatory practices.

Regency Graphic Design reserves the right to place it’s trade name(s), title(s), and or logo(s), with a link back to Regency Graphic Design Web Site home page, along with any contact information, on any web site and or page designed by Regency Graphic Design. (normally we display the following with a link back to our home page: " Web Site Designed by Regency Graphic Design ")

Further, any Owner of a web site that has been/is/was/will be designed by Regency Graphic Design understands and agrees to keep intact and displayed at all times Regency Graphic Design trade name(s), title(s), and or logo(s), with a link back to Regency Graphic Design Web Site home page, that violation of this agreement by the Owner and or Owners' Representatives will constitute a "Breach of Contract" by said Owner and said Owner, whether a person or business, hereby acknowledges responsible for any and all legal fees and costs should a "Breach of Contract" action require legal intervention.

*Special Note for Owners of Sub-hosted pages/sites:

Regency Graphic Design has final say as to content and design of any page and or web site that Regency Graphic Design sub-hosts through the Regency Graphic Design Domain and or Web Site.
